This is a great book for a small ladies group to get together and talk about the chapters, it is very insightful.

don't think I'd get much out of it if I weren't in a small group which actually does an chapter each week and discusses it, but as it is we enjoy touching base with each other and hearing each other's ideas and results. Not earth-shaking changes, but more an introspective of your life.
