My understanding is that Jungian psychology has largely been debunked (as unlike CBT, it doesn't show it helps .

you can’t make a determination about the efficacy of a (previously debunked) theory based off how you and others feel and that it seems to help people. I don't think a statement this banal requires evidence on a sub like this.

This is about the 10th copy of this I've purchased for friends---both men and women---going through tumult in long term marriages. It's a developmental crisis/opportunity that looks like a tragedy/catastrophe. Jungian. Opening story is based on story of Sir Gawain and Lady Ragnell.

Delivered ok. Book poorly written.

I read about 20 books a month. This is one of the greatest books I have ever read. Although the title suggests strong faminism this is not the case. It has some great stories and many wonderful suggestions. I hightly recommend it for everyone.
