even though this program is old, the disco music(90's) and is lively and "keeps you going" For me this audio program helped me to keep my pace and distance, and kept me walking the full mile. Two sides available if someone desires to walk farther. .

I usually like Kath Smith's workouts but was disappointed in the music and comments. Not worth the effort.
