This a wonderful book filled with simple yet powerful reminders of ways to shift your focus and attitude. I had discovered this gem at the local library and simply had to own a copy myself. I amusingly call it a "magic book", since I can randomly open to a page and find suggestions that are right on target to my needs. It is so chock-full of practical ideas that remind you that meditation is not just limited to sitting in silence. For me, it is a blueprint for a more peaceful life.

This is like my bible. I carry it everywhere I go and it makes my days so much better.

I saw a few reviews that said they don't like how it's disorganized in terms of the various quotes. But that's why I like this book-- it's not disorganized, it's perfect in presenting various perspectives on one single page. I just prefer to be surprised by the next quote that I may read. And if I really like one in patictular, I just make a note.

All in all, this book is something that every single person should have.
