Comprehensive, easy to read, and well written. That said, I have what appears to be a 2008 printing and you would think computers had just recently been invented. The lack of attention to the fact that clinics are going paperless and opting for more modern office procedures is not sufficiently addressed. I took off one star for that.

This book could not be more boring, but the information inside is easy to read, structured nice and made my ethics and law class a little easier. Its a little outdated, but the information hasnt changed

It's not an exciting topic, but certainly one of great value to anyone in any veterinary-related job, or thinking of entering one.
