I bought this several years ago for ? $15 so to see it listed here for $199.00 is outrageous...Yes its a must have! Yes its that good, NO its not worth this amount!

This is a "must have" for anyone who is considering producing transplants for re-sale or for the avid home gardner. It is tragic that there are no more productions runs of this book or that no one is updating this one. My copy is falling apart because the glue got dry from living in the greenhouse so I will be buying another used one.

This book was in almost new condition, even tho it was used. Great surprise. I have tried to find this book for years and to find it in such good condition was wonderful

The book arrived promptly and was in like new condition. I liked that it had come from a library, added a historical touch.

Whether you're a home grower or beginning a commercial/retail greenhouse you'll find this book to be one of the best tools at your disposal. The tabled information is clear, concise, consistantly conveyed, and very easy to understand. Information includes germination temperature, light requirements, grow-on conditions, days to finishing/sales, and much more. I have used this book as my sole reference for production and have had great success, even with the more difficult seeds to germinate.

This is by far the best culture guide I've ever used. It's simple and easy to use. As a professional horticulturist, I use it regularly and as my copy is falling apart it is too bad that it is no longer in print.
