Paul Hoover" Gloria Frym’s most recent books are The Lost Sappho Poems (Effing Press) and Solution Simulacra (United Artists Books). A previous collection of poems, Homeless at Home (Creative Arts Book Company), won an American Book Award. She is also the author of two critically acclaimed collections of short stories-Distance No Object (City Lights Books), and How I Learned (Coffee House Press)-as well as other volumes of poetry.

Because Simulacra and Simulation is mentioned in the movie, The Matrix, which is becoming a classic among people questioning all authenticity in an on-line world, and this book partly inspired it.
