I have owned one of Ursula's vegetarian recipe books for many years and decided to acquire a few more. This one has not disappointed me! The recipes are easy to follow, the ingredients are easily obtainable and the results are delicious and healthy to eat.
The actual book is in excellent condition and arrived in good time, as predicted.
