I greatly enjoyed reading this book. It could be read alone but for maximum enjoyment of the characters I would recommend reading the first book in the series, The Wild Rose Of Lancaster. Having read the first book helps me understand why the main characters act and react to the situations they find themselves in. Both books are good reads
for lovers of Christian romance.

I read this book as soon as I completed "Wild Rose of Lancaster", and I was so happy I had purchased both books at one time and could do so. When I finished book one, I was not ready to leave the characters that Mrs. Ellinger had created. This sequel was everything the first book was, and more. The story picks up where the first book left off, and I was once again drawn into the lives of these families I had grown to love. In fact, I read this book in one day -- I simply could not put it down. If you love great fiction that will have you closing the book with a smile, you can't do better than Mrs. Ellinger's "Wild Rose" series. I can't wait for her next book.

This book was a great sequel to the Wild Rose of Lancaster. The characters conflicts were more dynamic and I found this book more exciting than the first! Reading this book made me feel satisfied but at the same time wanting more. Romantic, entertaining and thought provoking. I can't wait to read the next one!

I can't wait for the next book about this family!
